Shipping policy

Everything physical in this store is made to order — printed or produced when you buy it, then shipped to you. That means two clocks run on every order: production time, then transit time.

Production

Most items go into production within one business day and take 2–5 business days to make, depending on the product.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay, based on the products in your cart and your address. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. Tracking is emailed when your order ships; multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages from different production partners.

Where we ship

United States and the other countries offered at checkout. International orders can take longer in customs, and any import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Digital goods

Downloads are delivered by email immediately after purchase — nothing ships.

If something goes wrong

Late, lost, or damaged in transit — see our Refund Policy, or just email jetramel@gmail.com and a person will sort it out.
