These are the terms for shopping at the Tramel Farms store (shop.tramelfarms.com), run by the Tramel family of Oxford, Mississippi. Buying from this store means you agree to them.

The store

We sell physical goods produced on demand by our print partners, and digital downloads we made ourselves. Product images show the actual designs; minor variations in color and placement are normal for made-to-order goods.

Ordering and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your card number. If we catch a genuine pricing error on a listing, we may cancel and refund the affected order rather than fill it at the wrong price — we will tell you if that happens.

Production and shipping

Made-to-order items typically go into production within a business day and ship according to the times shown at checkout. Shipping estimates are the carrier's, not a promise, but see our Refund Policy for what we do when something arrives late, damaged, or not at all.

Digital goods

Digital downloads are licensed for your personal use. Do not resell or redistribute the files themselves.

Our content

The designs, photographs, and words in this store belong to Tramel Farms unless credited otherwise. Do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version appears on this page with no retroactive tricks. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
